2. Free Replacement for Damaged or Broken Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or broken upon delivery, we offer a free replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • You must provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the package being opened and the product arriving in a damaged condition.
  • The video must be continuous and unedited, starting from the sealed package to the moment the product is revealed as damaged.
  • The request for replacement must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package.

3. Conditions for Replacement Approval

To process a replacement request, we will review the submitted unboxing video to confirm that the damage occurred during transit. Our team reserves the right to reject replacement claims if:

  • The unboxing video does not clearly show the damage.
  • The video is edited, paused, or interrupted in any manner.
  • The request is submitted beyond the 48-hour time frame.
  • The damage is due to mishandling after delivery.

4. Shipping for Replacements

Once the replacement is approved, we will dispatch a new product at no additional shipping cost. The estimated delivery time for replacements will be communicated to you.
